Important Your Next Steps are listed below, please review them carefully. Note not all Next Steps  May Apply to each case.

1.     CRITICAL!!!!!!!– If the device is an iPhone, disable/turnoff/ remove Face ID and turn off stolen device protection if it is enabled. YOU MUST ensure stolen device protection is turned off/disabled before shipping, this requires a 60 min delay. Again turn off Face Id and stolen device protection. Stolen device protection requires to face id prompts and has a 60 min delay. Prompt to access and turn off wait 60 minutes use face id to confirm you want to turn it off. If you do not turn off stolen device protection fully we will need to mail your device back to your before the process can begin.  Not applicable to Android devices.

2.      Very Important!– Double check step 1 and ensure that stolen device protection and face ID is off.

3.      Important! – Triple check step 1ensure stolen device protection is toggled to the off postion before shipping

4.     Please put all phones/tablets  into Airplane mode then power them off before shipping

5.     If the device is a computer please include the power cord.

5.     Wrap them in bubble wrap or other safety material.

6.     Do not include the passcode in the box with the device, email or text us that information separately.

7.     Please mail all devices to our forensic lab to undergo analysis.  If you are mailing a check please include it with the devices. That address is:
