Qualified Territory Managers may receive exclusive territory rights, subject to performance, responsiveness, quality, and client service standards.
Every Territory Manager must use our centralized CRM, client portal, reporting systems, case workflows, and backend tools.
Territory Managers focus on consultations, closing deals, managing clients, completing casework, and preparing reports.
For the right Territory Manager candidate, Elite Digital Forensics may assist with startup costs to help establish the operator's local business entity and basic operating foundation in exchange for a long-term commitment.
We can help the right candidate form a small LLC, understand onboarding requirements, and prepare for independent contractor operations.
Startup support may be tied to a five-year commitment, territory performance standards, system usage, and client service requirements.
This model avoids large upfront franchise fees while giving a qualified operator access to an established brand and system.
The following examples are based on Elite Digital Forensics' actual year-to-date average paid contract value of approximately $2,322 per signed and paid case. The revenue split is 50% to the Territory Manager and 50% to Elite Digital Forensics.
